Join us July 30th as we celebrate what God is doing around the world
Spiritual life can quickly become boring when it’s all about me. If you are looking for life, purpose, and adventure, pay attention to what God is doing worldwide. As a local church, it is our great joy to be involved in what God is doing in the world. We believe that what God is doing here in us is, in at least some small part, to be a blessing to the world. In fact, God’s promise to Abraham is that he would be blessed in order to be a blessing to the world. Through Jesus, you and I are invited in on that promise.
As a church, we’re reengaging with a rhythm from our earlier days, 5th Sunday Missions Sundays. Every year there are four months with five Sundays. On those 5th Sundays, we’ll take some time to highlight our mission partners and what God is doing around the world and give an opportunity for you to give to Sozo Missions. For us as a church, 10% of our annual budget is dedicated to missions. However, we feel like it’s also important to give you the opportunity to give directly to what God is doing in the world. We’re excited to take dedicated time for you to hear some of the incredible stories of what God is doing on the earth and invite you to be in on it!
