From the moment people arrive,
you help them encounter God through warmth and genuine connection.
Serve by greeting before and after service,
helping people find their seats,
or setting the atmosphere for special events that make people feel seen and valued.
First impressions start in the parking lot.
Before anyone walks through the doors, they’ve already experienced Sozo — through you.
As part of the Parking Team, you set the tone for the day.
Your smile, your wave, your presence — they create peace and welcome from the very start.
Each Sunday, you help display outdoor signage,
direct traffic with care,
and make sure every guest feels at ease the moment they arrive.
Hospitality begins in the first hello.
Excellence creates space for encounter.
As part of the Production Team, you help people experience God through sound, light, and creativity.
From worship to the Word,
you set the stage for moments that change lives.
Opportunities include sound, lighting, video, presentation, stage tech,
and set-up or tear-down for weekend services, midweek gatherings,
and special events.
What you create helps others encounter Him.
As a Media Team, we capture what God is doing —
through photography, video, and web.
Our mission is to invite people into the story of Sozo,
using creativity to unite hearts and reveal the Kingdom of Heaven
across every platform.
Your lens helps the world see Jesus.
Our kids are family.
Every Sunday, we create space for them to encounter God for themselves —
from infants through 5th grade.
In Sozo Kids, we’re raising a generation that knows His voice
and carries His Presence wherever they go.
Opportunities include check-in and administration, lead teaching, classroom assistants,
and kids worship or production.
