Question 1

What safety measures are in place?

Answer

We have a campus safety team, as well as a security guard stationed in our kid’s building. The kid’s building remains locked and secure for the entirety of our church service once check-in ends. Each member of our Sozo Kids Team is background checked, and is an active member at Sozo church. Our team is trained to never be alone with a child at any time, and children are never unattended while in our ministry care. Only our Sozo staff, kids team, and parents with kids checked in are permitted to enter the kids building during ministry time.

How will you contact me if needed?

Answer

Your best contact phone number is logged and stored during the morning check-in process so we can send a text if need be. In a true and immediate emergency, you will be called and our team will simultaneously find you in the sanctuary.

Question 3

Is there a snack provided for kids?

Answer

Yes! We offer plenty of water and one light snack for each class. If your child has allergies, please let us know so we can hopefully meet this need. We typically have both gluten and dairy free options available, and you are always welcome to leave an alternate snack with your child.
